I am involved in ExchangeNation because it is a unique opportunity to participate the building bridges in a new context at a time where it feels like our society is at a crossroad.  To be successful, in any context, requires leadership and understanding.  I am eager to share what I know and have experienced in life and just as eager to learn the same from others and find the common ground and bridge the divide, perceived or actual.  I am excited to be part of the process.
